Our BabyDragon kit is an RCMCCA Class 2 legal comp chassis.

We had multiple podiums in micro performance scale (c2) class with the setup below with cr18p/fx118 and scx24 based.

For SCX24 based BabyDragon Micro Performance Scale Chassis, you can use stock gladiator based links/driveshafts, or ask Centre Of Gravity RC for our titanium links setup.

For CR18P you can use the same way, just change the rod ends for 2mm hole version. You can buy it from amazon/aliexpress.
Stock links works as well, but you need to use an upper link position at the esc tray.

TRX4M body mounts is designed for max performance, you can use only outrunner motors with it (for example Furitek mini Komodo.
If you want to use longer motors, you need to make a body mount your own way.

SCX24 SETUP

For best performance and geometry results, use the gladiator or deadbolt front links/driveshaft, and gladiator rear links/driveshaft.

Driveshaft length:
Deadbolt, B17: Front: 32.5-40mm
C10, JLU, Bronco, Gladiator: Front: 40-52mm
Gladiator: Rear: 65-95mm

Links length (eye to eye):
Deadbolt, B17: Front Upper: 29.5mm, Front Lower: 41mm
C10, JLU, Bronco, Gladiator: Front Upper: 39mm, Front Lower: 50mm
Gladiator: Rear Upper: 70mm, Rear Lower: 78mm

Overdrive/Underdrive: I’m using stock gears in front (2/16T) and 33% underdrive in rear (1/12T).

HOBBYPLUS CR18P / FURITEK FX118 SETUP

On the BabyDragon chassis, the holes are drilled for scx24 M1.4 screws, so you need to drill the required holes to 1.7mm. You can use the stock links/drive shaft, but for better performance you need to create your own links. You can use the SCX24 driveshafts too, I recommend the size below.
We have 2 skid options, for the old 1 gear and for the EVO/Pro 1 or 2 gear transmissions.

Driveshaft length:
Front: 40-52mm (C10 front)
Rear: 60-90mm (Deadbolt rear)

Links length (eye to eye):
Front Upper: 39mm
Front Lower: 49mm
Rear Upper: 64mm
Rear Lower: 76mm

Kit includes

• 1x babydragon carbon chassis frames (2pcs)
